Executive - Inside Sales /Admin

The function of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Outside Sales Managers via outbound calling, email Communications and other direct marketing methods.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with Strategic plan, developed by the Director of inside Sales
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives

Work Relationship & Reporting


  • Reporting Manager :BL Head
  • Other Relationships: BD Manager for enquiry management (as assigned by BL Head), Inventory Management Teams

Educational Background


  • Any graduates ; however, focus will be on experience & skills mainly
  • Real Estate related qualification will be an advantage

Key Skills, Experience and Background


  • Experience of 0- 2 years in real estate consulting / other strategic consulting practices
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Good understanding of real estate business
  • Ability to self-start with limited supervision
  • Result-oriented with the aspiration & ambition to learn and excel
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite
  • Well groomed and business like appearance at all times
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of corporate planning
  • Manage multiple tasks
